1. Acceptance of Terms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JL368 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

jl368's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

jl368 is not liable for any losses resulting from: unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; interruptions or delays in Service availability; third-party actions or omissions; force majeure events; your violation of these Terms; or errors in your account information or betting selections.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Your Right to Close

You may close your jl368 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Pending bonuses, active promotions, and unrealized winnings may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl368. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the jl368 Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on jl368, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl368 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.3 Waiver
